Most consultations take around 45 minutes.

Following your visit, I provide ongoing support via email and text for the rest of the week, so you can ask questions, update me on progress, and get reassurance as things improve.

If further help is needed, I can arrange:

  • A follow-up home visit
  • A virtual consultation
  • Referral to a trusted paediatrician or other specialists (only if medically appropriate)
