I am Julia Daly, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant based in Christchurch, New Zealand, supporting families through all stages of breastfeeding. 

Whether you are struggling with painful latching, low milk supply, tongue tie, reflux, slow weight gain or mixed feeding, I provide calm, evidence- based care in your home in Christchurch or via virtual consultations throughout NZ and Australia. 

My goal is to help you feel confident, supported and empowered in your feeding journey - without pressure or overwhelm.
